Whimsy Stamps DT Get Well Soon Goldie

Good Morning Everyone

Today I am sharing a card for Whimsy Digi Stamps.

I have used a stamp called Goldfish Gunther, he is an older Digital Stamp, but he is new to me. I had this grand idea in my head to make a "fishbowl" shaker card with him.. of course my head and my hands don't always mix together lol, so this took a little more work than what I expected.

I think this is my second ever shaker card so I certainly learnt a lot along the way with this one.

I used American Crafts and Kaisercraft Cardstock for all the matting layers. Patterned papers are from Pebbles - Party with Amy Locurto Poolside Collection. I cut the wavy paper using My Favorite Things Wonky Stitched Circle Stax on my Sizzix Big Shot.

I printed the image on Mondi Color Copy 250GSM on my Brother Laser Printer.

I coloured the image up using Copic Markers Y32, Y35, Y38, N3, 0

For the shaker I couldn't find any acetate so I cut up a non heated Laminate Sheet using MFT Stitched Circle Die, on my Sizzix Big Shot. I also cut a circle frame using Kaisercraft Cardstock and a My Favorite Things Single Stitch Line Circle Frame.

I adhered the frame to the laminate sheet using Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Adhesive, I then added Scotch Foam Mounting Tape (which I cut into thin strips) to the back of the laminate piece.

Next I adhered the fish to the wavy circle using Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Adhesive. I used Nuvo Drops to add clear drops to the fish and the background (to act like bubbles in the water), once that was dry I added clear sequins from my stash and closed up the shaker.

I adhered the shaker section to the striped base using Scotch ATG, then all the layers were added to a Twiddleybitz Card Base (no longer available to purchase).

I used all the leftover pieces to decorate the inside of the card (I always do this I just don't take photos and share them).

I cut a Get Well Sentiment using Kaisercraft Card Stock and My Favorite Things Get Well Wishes Dies. I then adhered this to the front of the shaker using Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Adhesive.

Whimsy Stamps DT - There's A New Baby In Town

Hi Everyone,

Today I have a Baby Card for Whimsy Stamps, using one of their gorgeous Digital Stamps from Crissy Armstrong - Baby Ellie.
Baby Ellie - Digital Stamp

This is such an adorable image and I was so excited to use it when it was given to us, and of course I knew I wanted to make a Baby Card.

I printed the image on my Brother Laser Printer using Mondi Color Copy 250 GSM Cardstock. I coloured the image using Copic Markers.

I cut the matting layers from American Crafts Cardstock and the patterned papers are from Fancy Pants Designs - Hopscotch 6x6 Paper Pad. I used my Cutterpillar Pro to cut everything as I love the light that shines underneath so I can see exactly where I am cutting.

I cut the bottom of the banner piece using my EK Success Cutterbee Scissors, I just used a leftover piece of the patterned paper for this.

I cut the image using Wonky Stitched Circle Dies from My Favorite Things, the hearts were leftovers from a SSS die that I used on another card a few days ago, I added Nuvo Drops In Mountain Dew to the hearts, the clouds are from My Favorite Things Cloud dies.
All the small bits and pieces were adhered using Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Adhesive and the larger pieces I used my Scotch ATG.

Once all the layers were adhered I added them to a pre-made card base from Twiddleybitz (no longer available to purchase).

Marshmallows by the fire - Auzz Trinklets N Crafts

Hi Everyone,

I am playing a little catch up with card blogging at the moment, My son had surgery two weeks ago which has taken most of my tlc.

Today I have a card share for Auzz Trinklets n Crafts using a stamp set from My Favorite Things called Warm and Fuzzy Friends.

I stamped the images using My Favorite Things Hybrid Ink in Black Licorice and stamped them onto Canson Watercolor Cardstock using Misti Stamping Tool.

I colored all the images using Zig Clear Color Markers, I think this was actually the first time I had used them, still not 100% Happy, but like anything new they need practice.

I stamped the sentiment onto a strip of Black Canson Cardstock using Versamark Watermark Ink and a Lawn Fawn Acrylic Block.

I added Wink Of Stella Clear to the fire to make it look a little hotter. then adhered the images using Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Adhesive.

I cut some clouds using a My Favorite Things Puffy Cloud Die and the circle frame I cut by taping two My Favorite Things Stitched Circle Dies together and running them through Sizzix Big Shot. I used leftover pieces from Mondi Color Copy cardstock that was on my desk. Patterned paper is also scraps that were leftovers on my desk.

I adhered all the layers onto a Twiddleybitz Card base (no longer available to purchase).
